After dominating the first part of this game and going in 1 - 0 up , the jolly beans from the Drones Club manged to throw it away in the 2nd half.
The defence was going fine until a bad turn let the Elves equalise, but still with 5 turns left the win was there for the taking.
11 v 9 soon became 9 v 9 after a couple of good hits from the Elves(failed apo on Bertie) and our attack lost momentum.
Kicker "Barmy" managed to break out of the midfield melee with the ball in T7 and get in scoring range but was brought down by a game saving blitz. He got back to his feet with the endzone just in range but, still groggy from the whack he'd taken, proceeded to fumbbl the pick up leaving the scores tied at 1 each and coach CCSenor fearing he'll soon be seeking alternative employment!
