“IV was setting up against some Chaos dwraves, game didnt start too well with rain pouring down, but at least IV was receiving. Kick off, IV started blocking, Fists hit back, slowly IV moved towards the middle, then moved up the flank, still moving slowly. Now Fists went for "Covi" getting him down, hurting him, but luckily he regenerated.
Then a dwrf took out "Bisse" Bo, and IV was under pressure. They pushed a dwarf unto the ball hoping it would end up in IV hands, but it ended in the fists of a dwarf. IV knocked him down, but failed to get the ball themselves. Blocks were exchanged, IV guarded the ball fiercely lacking in numbers, but Ragner failed to pick it up twice, and Fists were not letting IV have it easy. IV tried to push Ragner on to the ball, but again it ended in the fists of a dwarf. Now IV turned defensive, denying Fists a chance to score, Heyde got hurt, but he too regenerated.
Fists moved the ball upfield, but the hobgobbo carrying the ball tripped, and in the dying seconds Elsing prevented a storming Bull Centaur in picking the ball up.
Second half, IV was kicking, and blitzed! "Coach" KOed a hobgobbo, Heyde hurt a dwarf, and things suddenly werent as grim looking for IV. Ball ended in the middle of Fists half of the field and the crowd was having fun!
Fists hit back hatrd though, injuring Snerle, Dan took revenge hurting a dwarf and IV was still in the game.
Mikkel Nyholt fouled and hurt a dwarf, but he was saved by the medic brought by Fists. Fists moved up the flank, IV moved close in to stop them, they KOed Ragner, IV pushed a Bull Centaur into the crowd (he made it back to the dug-out safely), and Fists were under pressure, but still capable of scoring.
Dan pushed the hobgobbo with the ball off the field (again the crowd let him return to safety), the ball was thrown in but "Covi" failed to pick it up.
A few seconds later "Covi" tried again, succeeded, but was knocked down by a lone hobgobbo, Elsing knocked down the hobgobbo, picked up the ball and sprinted for the end zone, a few guarding blocks by IV and he was free to go, he made it just as the clock ran out and IV had won 1-0 in an exciting and quite close game.
