“IV was about to play Rejects, weather was fine, but IV was without Snerle..., would they still make it?
Rejects started out hard, KOing Dan, and moving up the flank. IV moved to intercept, Elsing got the ball carrier down, but noone from IV was in a position to pick up the ball... Heyde KOd a zombie, but Rejects got the ball back.
Elsing KOd a wight, but noone got to the ball, Rejects tried to cage, but Elsing hurt a ghoul and broke up the cage allowing "Covi" to knock loose the ball.
Rejects made a desperate pass to the mummy who caught the ball surrounded by IV players. Due pushed the mummy into the crowd and the ball was loose again. Rejects couldnt pick up the ball, but Ragner could, he took it and moved down field towards the end zone. Rejects couldnt stop him, and first half ended 1-0 for IV.
Second half and IV was receiving. Touchback and "Covi" went up the field carrying the ball, while IV tried to block for him. Both sides made fouls to get strength in numbers, but as IV got the upper hand the fouling ceased, and "Covi" ran for the TD.
2-0 and victory seemed close with only 6 Rejects to enter the field. The crowd threw arock KOing a mummy from Reject reducing them to 5 players. Rejects tried a pass but failed, "Covi" got the ball and headed down the field for the end zone... IV blocked nicely for "Covi", and Rejects having only 5 players didnt have many chances to stop him!
3-0 and only a few seconds left, IV tried putting three bones on the line to save the larger guys a last minute grudge hit, but it was all a trick, and when Rejects had formed their line, IV reformed and put the strong guys up front.”
