“This was an interesting match during the site being moved. For some reason (had little to do at work) I decided to throw my team in to the gamefinder. I had almost forgot I had a team there 'cos a few minor work things occurred. Well, a few minutes after I checked back and discovered Reisender was asking for a game via PM on the site. OMG, I thought! The coach, whose games I always spectate and whose skaven team has given me some of the greatest inspirations for a team to play in the Black Box!

Anyway, first half - My team being powered with two DPs decides to foul a rookie human on the LoS, and that's where the fun part begins. Of course my DP gets sent off, and the ball is left uncovered (luckily deep enough). A few turns and we see a human catcher trying to pick-up the ball, which scatters over a few players right back into my hobbgoblin's hands. While that was a temporarily win over the situation, not even the punt could save my drive. Humans had recovered the ball, but remained in the blitz range. ..If only my Troll could roll some decent dice. Nope, he failed. And so my opponent secured his TD in my drive! How embarrassing!

Morally prepared for the loss, I set-up for a defense. My opponent, being one of the best around, covers the the ball and does some blocks when suddenly his Ogre fails a 3d block, which gives us some extra opportunities to mess up their drive. Actually I cant remember how the whole thing went forward there, except that I had to knock his ball carrier a few times over, but was always a long way to score. Until something brilliant happened! Turn 16 - the only player of my team that could score was lying prone. I moved my Troll for an assista somewhere, just to try and kill and ordinary human lineman. Coach Reisender than said "damn". I stopped to think for a while, what could bother him so much in his winning situation. Luckily I didn't have to think that long when I realized I could chain-push my hobbgoblin into the touchdown range. Of course that included: blitz pow, 3+ doge, 2+, 2+ GFI, then 4+ pick-up, 2+ GFI, 4+ hand-off (that's where my reroll was used) and then a mere 5+ pass and a 3+ catch. ------------ A DRAW!!!!!!!

Well. what can I say. Amazing game, which I honestly thought I would lose to a coach with superior skills and also my team giving out a handicap, but which also turned into a fun thrilling match (no doubt I got lucky very BIG in the end).

Anyway, take care of the Rata Blanca! Will always cheer for them!”
