“We kick first and the necros advance slowly and carefully, scoring a BH on a gobbo on T2 and a KO on a thrower on T4. However we're then able to get a 2d blitz on their ghoul for a KO and a thrower grabs the ball but then trips on a GFI. The ball, at least, is beside our troll and their two flesh golems and on T6 they are forced to try and pick it up with a golem... but manage it! We try and get players over... but a gobbo trips over BH'ing himself!
Their golem runs into range of the endzone with a wolf screening, but we can just manage to stun the wolf and put two rats by the golem. He goes for the 4+ dodge... and falls over! With one turn left we BH a wight (regens) and put in a foul on their prone wolf... for a sending off.
We have 10 vs their 11 as they kick off for the 2nd half. We KO a zombie and they KO two of our players so we've 8 vs 10 now... could be trouble. We go for a handoff to a gobbo to run deep into their half... but he drops the catch! They surround the ball and start removing more of our players from the pitch. Then on T5 we go for a difficult set of moves that lets us 2d blitz space around the ball and then dodge and steal it to leg it downfield. They park their wolf on one side and dodge a zombie over to hem in our SV... but he trips on the final GFI! We 1d blitz space and make it 1-0!

We put in a couple of 2d blocks and a couple of GFIs to put players in position and 2d blitz the wolf for a KO! They KO a linerat onto the ball but can't scatter it anywhere useful and we're able to hold them back til the whistle blows - to our great relief!
