“A strange game, where nothing much seemed to happen for large periods, but all the action was condensed to into a few turns. We received but failed to do any real damage to the lizards who seemed to be looking after their players more than preventing the td, but that proved to be the right tactic. We scored in turn5. The lizards were able to run and score at half time. 2nd half they came foward again and tried to stall out the half. We couldnt string the dice together to have a chance to steal and then really I needed the lizards to fail something in order to stop them, but they never did for 7 turns. Sadly for lizvis we finally found some dice and could blitz the ball loose, and then the lizards finally did screw something up, but at just the wrong time, by rolling snakeyes for the pu in turn8.

We need to work on a better defence for the future, as we would have had no chance if these opponents hadnt stalled.”
