“Barak Miners lined up against the eternal Premiership runners up, Harsh North, knowing a hard game was to come.
The Dwarves started the game bringing the ball forward in a loose cage and quickly removing a beastman from the pitch. As the drive continued the fouls rained down from both sides, but with the Dwarven fouls removing players from the pitch, whilst the Chaos fouls only caused stuns the half became one sided, and the Chaos were unable to stop the score becoming 1-0.
The second half saw the Chaos bring the ball forward, but whenever the Dwarves tried to pressure them they found space, eventually breaking free to score for 1-1, although with time still on the clock. With only 2 turns left the Dwarves managed to move several receivers in range of the end zone and despite the close marking of the Chaos, they were able to free a runner who caught the ball and ran to take the scoreline to 2-1 and with it the victory.
Thanks for the game Stonetroll, best of luck for the rest of the season.”
