“1st game vs Amazon with this team...and the TV difference was pretty big..210k. He got 2 babes and Helmut Wulf.
Wulk Stunned a slayer and then on my turn 1, was killed by Junior (didn't even have to use Piling on). Still, couldn't stop his score. However, I couldn't score before the half (had the time, just got stalled at mid field with some unfortunate rolls.)
2nd Half, I scored quickly (for dwarves), despite a deep kickoff. Then was able to get the ball from the 'Zons and score the winning TD.. Delayed 1 turn to give the girls time for a 2-turn score, but a blitz helped prevent that. Had a chance to score again, but my blocker failed a GFI to hopefully push a 'zon into my blitzer, pushing him one square closer to the EZ so I could make it (with 2 GFI's)..yea, lot of rolls, but why not try.
Of course, spiro seemed unhappy about drawing a Dwarf team. All I can say to that is, oh well--dwarves were a well established team years before the Amazon team was created--ie.. they were made with full knowledge that dwarves have a lot of tackle. (and really, only the blockers are a problem--only have one other player with tackle outside of my MA4/AG2 blockers). Still, the AV 7 hurt them this game abit, and even with a 16-woman roster, they were down to 9 players on the pitch for at least 2 kickoffs.
I would have gotten at least a wandering apoth instead of either wulf of the 2 babes.. yea, the apoth is not as good as he used to be, but it can save a player from permanent injury or death..

edit: OMG pffft you had another chance but you forgot write why, because i had, double skulls and double skulls after reroll, and double skull next turn. Btw imo your team should lose this match, but obviously i had another double skull with reroll during blitz on your undefended ballcarrier. you don't played very well, just my crappy dice helps you.
I had 4 times double skulls in this match, that's why you won it. Try play amazon, then you will see real bloodbowl, not cheesy blocking with these heavy armoured, guarded, mightyblowed and pilling oned grandpas.
edit2: Wulf has maked very good job, he deconcentrated your team, you forgot about the ball. That's why i got a TD, btw i don't mean, that you claimed, that you are good player. I wrote about my unluck to show you, that credit at win isn't for your dwarfs. Btw you didn't make to my team big hurt, only one dead, wandering apoth is unnecessary there.”
