“One of the craziest games I've played in three years. Totally lopsided. The vamps couldn't do jack for the entire first half except for ONE turn of brilliance following the only turn the Delfs rolled two ones in one turn. Almost pulled out a miracle score to end the half but a 1d blitz by a rookie Delf ended that possibility.

Second half was more of the same, but with one less vampire. Vamp fail, Delfs rolling like they owned the dice. Until finally, a lucky blitz around T13 or 14 popped the ball free for a vamp so scoop up. The Delf counter-blitz (with rr!) only managed a push. Then the Vampire team pulled off an amazing play to move the ball 3/4 of the field and beyond the Delf defense.

All in all, 13 turns of utter failure around 3 turns of jaw-dropping, probability defying luck. Crazy.

Sorry for the bitching Stinky, it all seemed so hopeless until suddenly it wasn't. I would note that my armor was awesome though. A few KOs and a few stuns given the number of times my thralls hit the pitch? Crazy.

This is one those games that make vampires worth playing. If you like ridiculous comebacks (sort of, as I was never 'behind') check out the replay to this one. And if you're thinking of playing vampires, this is a good example of what they're capable.”
