The Humans looked well set up to face Elves with a few tackles , 2 of them with Mb.
But the early damage was done by Lineman Sammy Screw who was taking no prisoners with 2 kills. Hurburt Spanner getting the other 2. Star Catcher Sedar's failed dodge saw him pick up another niggle.
We played quite a few turns with only 2 Elfs in the 2nd half and Blitzer Vi Anfarc performed one last heroic deed before his demise. Carrying the ball without an empty square around him, a -3d blitz on the corner of the cage. He pushed the lino aside and swiftly made his exit, streaking clear towards the endzone, but agonizingly lost his footing at the end of the run. The Humans were able to recover, stopping any chance of a most unlikely win for the Elves .
Anyway enough of this, i have journeymen to recruit !
