“This was a great, memorable game for me. With the Dark Elves scoring fast in the first half, my Team went in fast and scored the equalizer. end of the first half, the Underdark Challengers scored another one, but for the cost of two players.
Second half, the Harriers were a little bit too relentless, though losing the ball. Underdark went forwward with the ball, and those high elves got more and more nervous resulting in failing many 2+ dodges. Underdark was able to get the 3-1 ending score by a last minute touchdown.”
“In an epic match between the posh and the emo, The underdark challengers showed the world once again that black elves are better.
As can be expected in such a classic match, supporters on both sides were quite violent, and there were several crowd invasions throughout the match.
After an open defense tactic by the harriers, the challengers were quickly able to take the lead. Dismayed by the situation, the 'high' elves quickly resorted to violence, and proceeded to bash the dark elves into the ground. Once the field was clear, the high elves were able to score the 1-1. Not to be outdone, the now outnumbered drow managed to pull a fast one, resulting in a 2-1 score at half time. However, they were down two men and the apothecary was busy saving a third. This left them with 11-9 players and kicking after the break.
So in the second half, the high elves had the numbers and were receiving. Reveiving help from a pitch invasion and being granted a touch-back due to a bad kick, they grew overconfident and tried for a fast score and a chance at the game. Placing their catcher by the sideline made for a quick end to this strategy, and the match ended in a resounding 3-1 for the emo-elves. ”
