“This was my friend's first game back in a while. His last game prior to taking a hiatus was also against me. Fun game, very classic orc vs. human match. I thought I had the score stopped in the first half, then the wiley humans found a gap and ran through it. Their speed was enough to force me into make some GFIs and Dodges, and I eventually failed a roll before I could get a blitz on the ballcarrier. Second half was a standard greenskin grab the ball and grind down the pitch. I employed a rolling cage because I was trying to score fast, but the humans stalled that out. For once, I was patient and didn't try to force anything. I threw a lot of blocks and waited, then got the opening I needed. But it was still going to be a 2 turn score and I lost the ball twice. Both times the bounce was good, and the guy who started the drive also finished it on my T16. I stacked the line with 8 of my 10 remaining players since I was up 10 to 9, so the Rangers opted to try the easy SPP with the Thrower-Catcher tandem. It never got off the ground as Sanford fumbled the pickup.
