“Well the hammers finally stagger back home after that Ambush by the lizardmen who were a little miffed that the Hammers are wearing the skin of their 5th cousin and then the ambush by the zons who have a serious compulsion for lizardman skin....So of course the Hammers thought they could get some R &R time.

Well as the Hammers enter the 'platz at around 6am the place is deserted except for a few guards and the early birds. As the Hammers are waling towards the temple of Sigmar a shifty dude with a big cowl and a shifty accent approaches....'you guys the da Hammers?' 'yeah we are but no time for autographs man we are tired and been on the road for over a day now'

'well I got a message for you lads...can you smell what the Nurgle has cooking?'

Oh my a nurgle WWF follower and this guy is nutz.
Then behind the statues of the former Emperors comes a sorry ass crew of Nurgle followers. And what do you know they want to throw down in the middle of the 'platz. Well the Hammers never back down, especially against a nurgle team. IS the box affected with Nurgle rot or something? we run across these guys every other game it seems.. no matter...To war!!!!

Well we line up in the middle of the 'platz and kick off the ball. The hammers get the early lead on a up the middle hand off run to the end line that leaves the Nurgles wondering what happened, but no concern they are looking for blood.

The rest of the half sees the teams in the middle of the pitch trading blows, knees to the groin some DP action but nothing to show for it.

As the second half kicks off the Hammers get the perfect kick to the corner of the endzone and the Nurgle scumm blow off the LOS but accomplish nothing. the Hammers sprint down the field hopeng for a turn over or a INT. But the Nurlges have an untimely TO and the Hammers are able to bitz the pestigor off the ball in the corner and walk in for the TD.

At this point it is all about blood. The Nurgle scumm cant seem to land a telling blow and they start laying out haymakers and sucker punches. Their claws bounce off the Sigmar infused armor of the Hammers and they are helpless in their feeble attempts to break the Hammers armor. On turn 14 the Hammers recieve the kick and some jack wad who was watching the match decides to throw a huge brick but instead of hitting the Beast of Nurgle hits Willy in the back of the head and gets him off balance, he falls to the ground in a odd sort of way and SNAP**** Blown hammy...MY HAMMY!!! oh willy will feel that one in the morning.

As the game winds down and the Nurgle scumm realize the match is over start moving to the exits just in case the locals turn nasty after the match. They leave one of their nurlge infected human scumm on the LOS to cover their retreat. The Hammers start cat calling the Nurgles as they leave and are ready to head home for some rest. But from the palace they hear some cheering...'kill that Nurgle scumm Hammers!!! dont let them leave the pitch un hurt.' Well the hammers look up and there with the emperor himself is his son the Prince of the Empire and he is waiving his Hammers banner and going crazy. Well you cant let down royality so they send in the 7 man DP squad. It was an impressive knee to the face but it just deflects off the Nurgle scumms nose. Actually he does not have a nose any more it rotted away a long time ago and it just hits bone and knocks a rotten tooth out. Well the Hammers were denied their pound of Nurgle flesh but atleast they finally arrive home to the comfy confins of their beds.

Hammers need some rest and lets hope the followers of Nurgle have finally gotten the message not to mess with us. It is getting embarrising for them.”
