“After our total team destruction last game we're in serious trouble. We have just 7 players at the start of the match and with no mummies this looks like it's going to be a horrible, horrible game.

We receive first and get some consolation hits on the LOS scoring a KO and a niggle, and when the elves all swarm into one side of the pitch we take our chance and with a handoff run the ball into the far corner to take the lead on T3.

We kick with 7 vs 9 and bravely hold them back, with our +AGI blodge ghoul proving a serious thorn in their side. T5 and he blitzes through to 1d their thrower and the following turn steals the ball and runs for the endzone! Their +STR +STR catcher can 3d blitz him... and with a reroll gets the POW! A thrower has caught it but again we can knock it free and steal it. They 2d blitz this time and get the POW first time before sending the ball far downfield to make it 1-1 just before the break, though we do manage to BH another elf first.

We kick again with 7 vs 9 after 3/3 elves wake up (booo!) and things quickly go downfield as they BH two zombies and KO a wight in their first two turns before making it 2-1. We now have just 5 players left and there's literally nothing we can do as they storm through two more times in the next few turns to win it 4-1.
