“I had already gotten all the skills I wanted for the upcoming Crown of Sand Blackbox major tournament, so the name of the game in this one was getting my three MNGs back and hopefully avoiding any further damage. Thus, getting matched up with vicius' tricky, but non-bashy chaos dwarves seemed like a good thing. This was the case as well, as for the first time in a while, my chaos suffered no casualties at all. Will be interesting to see what happens in CoS now that my chaos have bloated themselves to a rather massive TV 2580.

The game itself started with a pitch invasion, which took down only one of my players and five CDs. Vicius recovered well, but started losing players steadily, which bogged down his progress near the side lines. With a significant player advantage, I managed to steal the ball and run it for 1-0 at halftime. The second half should have been a mere formality with a significant advantage in players for me, but I made some stupid mistakes and gave vicius two cracks at the ball. Nevertheless, he just didn't have the dice or the players to capitalize, so the final result was 2-0.

As a side note, my dirty player rolled doubles and I decided to give him sneaky git after some hesitation. At least this way, I have an effective counter against other clawbomb teams in CoS qualifiers. ;) ”
