He played well. But the score should never have gotten so lopsided. On three separate occasions I lined up, got the ball, set up my downfield blocks, and would've either scored or at least not coughed up the ball for him to score. But in perfect weather, all three times my QB fumbled the ball. It was a quick pass, just two squares away. No enemy even close. Ag 3, accurate and pass skills. But all three times the comp comes up saying I need to roll a FOUR to complete the pass? And all three times I got a one, reroll, one again. Ball's on the ground, all my blockers are downfield waiting for the catcher to catch up, he has an easy time of beating my few guys behind into pulp, stealing the ball and scoring. He thinks it was a screen glitch, I'm convinced it was a computer burp, but either way, it cost me severely. I'm just amazed that the one completion I did have, a long bomb requiring a lot of dodging and throwing over traffic, actually completed for the score. Otherwise, it was all elves, all day long. My blitzer suffered an av drop, we lost fans, we got embarrassed. I knew we were in for trouble when an elf lineman killed my best catcher with the very first block of the game. It went downhill from there.
