This has to be the ugliest 3-0 win I've ever seen, let alone had. Between insanitie and I, we had to have failed at least 10 2+ rolls or 2 die blocks and quite a few 3+ rolls and 1 die blocks as well. I burned all my rerolls in the first half after 3 turns. However, I was able to keep enough pressure on the rats that insanitie also burned through his shortly after. Then his gutter runner dropped the ball and I was able to get it just in the nick of time to score on T8 with Sheriff Truman. 2nd half I lost my Catcher, Deputy Brennan, early in the half to a nice 3 die blitz from his rat ogre (really thought he was going to fail 1 of those GFIs) but once again Sheriff Truman came through for me. The last score was kind of a desperation effort that took a few tries. The rats had built themselves a nice little stunned elf bunker around the ball, but Special Agent Cooper was ticked off and drilled a gutter runner into Stunville. Then Bobby Briggs came in, completed a 3+ pass to Big Ed Hurley who ran it in on a single GFI. So while our overall dice were poor, mine were good at just the right times where as insanitie's let him down at many poor times. Fun game all around, and not a bad start for my E.L.F. career.
Thanks for the match, insanitie, and good luck with your team. Happy St. Paddy's day to you (again).”
