“We receive first and score a BH with our first blitz while both teams manage a KO. Our massed guard is proving a problem for the dwarves as we roll forwards knocking them over en masse. T2 their STR4 runner needs a simple dodge to 2d blitz our ball carrier... but BHs himself! We then BH their star blitzer on T3 ... running out of dwarves here!!

They try and get their hits in while minimising damage against, and score a very useful BH on our tackle/mb blitzer on T6. We make it 1-0 on T8 and they score a couple of KOs before half time, though luckily they mostly come back, and they even get a longbeard sent off on their only foul of the half.

We kick off and it's 10 orcs vs 9 dwarves now. T2 and with two orc blitzers bearing down on him their runner has to pass forwards towards a barely-free longbeard... but the pass scatters and we rush players around it to steal with a blitzer on T3. They score a MNG (apo fail) and a BH but we still have the ball and have them outpositioned and we run it downfield to make it 2-0 on T6.

With a couple of turns left we manage another BH before the final whistle.
