“Another painful but very exciting and close game. The game was going my way when I got the ball loose with three elves left on the pitch. All I needed was for my AG5 blitzer to dodge free and run up the pitch for the 2-1 score. Victory was denied when 1+1's saw the blitzer crashing down, KO'ing himself. A single remaining elf on the pitch freed the ball once more with Strip Ball but it bounced to a marauder who caught it. After the last elf was KO'd, it was just a matter of walking it in.
The AG5 blitzer came back, together with 3 other elves, to tie the game when a Riot gave the elves an extra turn to score (not much chance of a one-turner with 4 elves). I'd actually used the apothecary on the same blitzer on about turn 1 or 2 when he was just Badly Hurt.
