“I won the toss and defered to second half as it was pouring down rain...he scooped the ball up and made a box and drove down the field on my helpless rats but a turn before the score a well timed surge of luck gave me a shot at his runner. I was able to get the ball but my 2nd GR was out of place for the go ahead score. Second half went well enough with my rats making a good charge to the goal and delayed 2 turns before going in for the only points of the game. The following kickoff I got a blitz and threatened to get another quick score but my GRs had issues picking up the ball in all of that mud and the ogres n gobos recovered quickly however he was unable to move the ball out of his own half by end turn 8.”
