“Hehe, it was a bloody mess for the elves. They did manage to badly hurt Richmond Havernaught with an early foul, but even with him off the pitch the elves were getting a sound beating.
It was one of those games where the dice come out far too strong on one side.
Better dice next time around! I'm sure once you have the WDs back in action the team will be much more difficult to face.”

Knew this would be a rough episode, but the Woods Walkers wanted to film it so we did. Second time we've faced Norse, pretty similar results. A lot of blood and no TDs. Only the team's second loss, and first time completely shutout (other loss was also to Norse). All that Dodge doesn't mean much when the opponent rolls nothing but POWs and Skull/POWs and we roll double 1s to get away. Called on the apothecary early in the match to keep Shelly Johnson in the game, and it worked. But we lost so many players to KO that we couldn't stop the first score. Then we went 2 for 8 on 2 sets of KO rolls, plus a Perfect Defense at the end of the first half so we really couldn't gain any traction. Started the 2nd half 8 vs. 9, but couldn't catch a break anywhere and just got plowed under by the dice. Licker is a good coach, but he didn't really have to do anything spectacular except roll 2-die blocks and watch the Woods Walkers flee the set. Next episode is gonna be rough with 4 journeyman and not enough money to hire a Wardancer yet. That is the team's top priority right now.
Thanks for the bloodbath, Licker. I've had worse, but I really didn't need another this soon after recovering from so many before now.
Skills (0). At least the VP went to a permanent member of the cast. Ratings went down, but funding from the producers was solid so we might see a Wardancer in an episode or two.”
