E.L.F. You in the Box won the coin toss and chose to receive. They sent a Wardancer and two Catchers out behind the Dark Elf defense. Elric made a great play and was able to sack the Wood Elf Thrower as he ran close to midfield. The Blitzer got a hold of the ball and ran in a defensive touchdown midway through the first half.
E.L.F. received once again but PoM Blitz'ed! them. Elric wrapped around the Wood Elf front line and got deep into their backfield. The ball was kicked deep into their own end zone and the E.L.F. Thrower made a nice long pass that was caught at midfield. The Catcher had nowhere to go and decided to hid behind three of his Linemen. This time it was Draeke that sacked the ballcarrier causing a fumble. Elric was there to recover the ball and he sped into the end zone to put his team up by two at the end of the half.
PoM received in the second half but they were down a couple players. E.L.F.'s Wardancer put pressure on the Dark Elf Quarterback and flushed him out of the pocket. The QB threw a completion to Judas but the Blitzer would be wrestled to the ground on the ensuing play. Wood Elf Thrower, Cowboy, picked up the ball and threw a long touchdown pass to an open Wardancer early in the second half.
PoM received once again and E.L.F. had the perfect defense to make life difficult for their opponents. Judas threw a quick pass to Damian in hopes of getting the ball upfield. A Wardancer chased him down and stripped the ball from the Dark Elf causing a fumble. Cowboy recovered the ball and all of a sudden the game was one long pass away from being tied. It was not meant to be, as the ball sailed over the intended receivers head and into the crowd. The fans threw it back to the sidelines and PoM was there to capitalize. Damian was handed the ball and he would throw a quick pass to Draeke for the touchdown to seal the win.
