Disappointing Major appearance for the Bears as neither the coach nor the team never really got into the game.

The game started bad when the elfs received a blitz on a deep kick. The bears managed to obtain control of the ball only to lose it after a position mistake allowed the woodies to push the ball outside from where the crowd threw it right in front of their feet.

The second drive was not any better as another mental mistake while positioning, allowed the Woodies a 2d against blitz that worked the first time, just like everything else that happened during that turn and I had no hope to avoid the 0:2.

I had to hurry up and played the only decent turn of the night, when I scored inside off 3 turns.

Any hope of a comeback was lost, as I had to play undermanned at the start of the seond half due to swealtering heat. Both teams scored again in a meaningless half.

lizvis played a very good game and tried to keep it fun even when I was less than pleased about what happened on the pitch. Each of my mistakes was punished harshly, with the kick-off table and the weatherplaying its part, but in the end it was a deserved win for lizvis as it was too late as I finally got my head into this one.
