“This see-saw match could have ended in a draw if only a Nurgle Warrior hadn't double-skulled at a crucial moment, stealing Silus' last reroll. He made the block on the 2nd try, but then failed the 2+ dodge that would have scored the tying TD late in the 2nd half, and his Pestigor was stunned to boot! Black Jack saw his opportunity and scooped up the ball, sprinting the entire length of the pitch (literally) in 3 turns. Black Bart was ready to take the hand off if needed, but with so much Disturbing Presence, he just provided cover for Black Jack to allow him the honors. Black Jack became my 3rd ever Star Player in FFB/CRP \o/

Thanks for a fun game, Silus. I would have still had a fun match even if we'd tied. But I will not turn down a gift from Nuffle when he hands it to me. He punished me for rerolling my winnings, though ;) Meh.

One other note, the CAS in this game were extremely light at 1 apiece (a Nurgle Warrior BH himself when he failed a GFI), but the KOs were raining down. Silus' killer Pesti and his DP Rotter didn't really make the impact they were hoping for (a KO or 2 and a few stuns between them), but my own DP Sneaky Git and my Minotaur didn't do much better. The C-Dwarves and the Bulls were scoring a lot of KOs, though.
