“Game started off good for the rats but ended up being pretty painful. After the first two turns all the block on the Norsemen owned my rats and slowly whittled them down. Managed to get a tie when coach Sigmar tried a pass on turn 7 of half two for extra spp's and nuffle slapped him down. Fun game Sigmar good luck the rest of the season”

“NWL Season 20 Rd 1 Stone Boot Division:
The Plague received the kick and before the Berserkers knew they were even in a game the rats were up 1-0.
The coach gave the team a pep talk (which amounted to headbutting most of the players) and sent them on the field with instructions to 'hit some damn rats'. So they did. Over and over again.
The Plague gave a good go at defense but attrition meant they just couldn't stop the first half answering score.
Second half was much of the same, with even the Runner Quickstep getting in on the cas-fest. So confident were the Feral they decided to try and skill up Quickstep AND a berserker before the end of the game. Helmgard made a shortpass no problem. And then, problems. Bjarni tried to throw back to Helmgard on T15 but they botched the play. So T16 started and Helmgard just had to pick it up and waltz in. But the rats had hired a buxom Norscan beauty to strategically 'tie her shoes' at just that moment and a distracted Bjarni fummbled the pickup! Tie game!
Needless to say, coach One-Horn wanted to have some words with Bjarni, but he was last seen carrying an Norscan woman over his shoulder out of the stadium.”
