“Speed Skills won the coin toss and chose to receive. Afraid of the power of Hungry for Blood, the Skaven Linerats began to foul the fallen Vampires. A couple knockouts and then the Referee was on to the strategy. Two Skaven players were thrown out of the game for their dirty play. HfB's Thralls counter attacked with fouls of their own taking key players of SS. Soon both teams only had half their players on the field. Maus threw a short pass to Remy and the Gutter Runner ran in a touchdown to end the first half.

HfB received in the second half. SS saw an opening to blitz the Vampire ballcarrier and it worked. Lord Zebedee was sacked by Karril as the Storm Vermin came around the side. The ball was fumbled and both teams fought to gain possession. A Gutter Runner was able to extricate the ball from several tackle zones and dodge away. He took one step too many and fell knocking his head on the ground.

HfB grabbed the loose ball and threw a pass to Lord Sangre the Block and Dodging expert. His skills wouldn't help him as Nazgul made a great defensive stop. The Blitzer knocked down the Vampire on his first try, causing a fumble. A Thrall threw a foul on a downed Gutter Runner and he was thrown out of the game costing his team a turnover. SS took advantage and picked up the ball. Maus, a Gutter Runner, would punt the ball deep into Vampire territory. Lord Zebedee made the little one pay by flattening the Runner to the dirt. The Vampire saw the ball in his sights but he was tripped up by a Storm Vermin as he tried to dodge. Remy scooped up the ball and sealed his team's victory as he crossed the end zone.
