You'll find the competition here a great deal better than any unnamed PC games with a similar theme. And that is by no means touting my own skill as a coach... I am midgrade by lenient standards. Spec some matches between highly ranked coaches and read some of the forums and tips columns.
As far as Spencer's Pride... well... I suppose it's fitting that the team conceded after their namesake was killed by a goblin and they were down 4-0 with a quarter left to play. No more Spencer. No more Pride. ;D Keeping the team would give you a leg up on creating fluff, though. You can't make that shit up!! :D
