“Diskodøden (Disco Death) took the field with a cool 70´s attitude and a funky walk to the tune of the classic "Stayin´ alive". But they didn´t.

The music kinda faded out after the Team Captain John T got niggled by a rock as a result of the first Kickoff, and halted completely after supreme Diva Gloria Gaynor cracked her collar bone 2 turns after. Nonetheless these brave underdogs carried on their Jivin´ playstyle and was rewarded with a TD by Tom Jones late in the 1. half.

Disco Death had the chances to hold the lead until 2. half, thus partially ensuring the draw, but as the head coach (yup, that would be me) overlooked a secondary push Topper´s boys wasn´t late to take advantage af it and score the equalizer. Blood Bowl at its best, nice played Topper.

2. Half..........1-1......the tension was building and in some corners of the stadium Disco Death´s fans were buffing up and strutting their stuff again. The crowd went wild as the Blitz was declared and the teams hero from the first half, Tom Jones, rushed up the field to put pressure on the ball as his teammates stood firm, hoping for the impossible.

A couple of swift moves and a blitz later, Tom Jones was no more. Silence fell over the stadium. A legend left the game. Topper´s Orcs then started their patient drive up the field and there was little to be done about the touchdown scored in turn 8.
