“Dinos were up against a strong Chaos Dwarf team, luckily for Dinos they thought the match a win, so 6 of them showed up late.
Dino started by kicking, having 11 players to 7. Throlls caged the ball, Dinos lirked it partly open and the carrying Bull-Centaur sprinted down the flank only to be tackled and dropping the ball.
David picked up the ball and headed for the end zone while the rest of Dino was keeping his path clear! He went most of the way, then decided to stall while Throlls was being kept in place by the rest of the Dinos.
Throlls went for David, but Dinos kept up trying to protect him, David stilled stalled, and when there was only a few seconds left he stepped into the end zone, TD! the ref blew his whistle and Dinos were receiving for second half!
Ball went into the air, Dinos stepped forward and started blocking their way through, "Mini Hansen" and David went through the gap that was created, Claus picked up the ball keeping a safe distance to the Bull Centaurs.
Claus went for the pass to Blokhus, he went up the field and made a hand off to David who went for the TD.
Dinos to kick off, this time against 11 players - ball was kicked off the field, the opposing HobGobbo "Thrower" took it.
Throlls went up the flank, a quick pass to a Bull Centaur who sprinted into the end zone, 2-1 and the game was far from over!
The dwarves kicked the ball out of the field, Claus took it. Dinos blocked a hole, "Doc" and "Mini Hansen" went through, Claus went for the pass to FLetcher, he caught it and went through the gap as well, almost made it to the end zone, but was caught by Throlls a few inches from it.
Now "Mini Hansen" went past the Throlls trying to stop Fletcher, Fletcher handed off, and the score was now 3-1 for Dinos!
Again Dinos were kicking off, Throlls blocked hard on the Line of Scrimmage, Dinos went down to 10 players. Throlls tried to move up the flank, Dinos were closing in trying to stop them. When "Doc" was KOed it was clear that Throlls had force enough to grind their way, Dinos however, were delaying them heavily, so Throlls had to think of something else to make their TD in time.
Throlls KOed Fletcher, now Dinos had only 8 players on the field, but still managed to cage the 2 Bull Centaurs close enough to the end zone to make the TD. Throlls went for the pass, kinda failed, but at least the ball was caught by the other Bull Centaur, he was however, chanceless to move as he was pinned down by three Dinos.
3-1 for Dinos in a match that was taken when almost ½ the opposing team failed to arrive for the first drive!”
