“1st Round of Wheel Of Chaos II

We started attacking. Picked up the ball and starting moving forward without a clear plan. Tried some hits with Chupechon but he only managed a couple of stuns.

Karag Miners pressure was rising so we decided to move forward with Chupoptero without a good cover. Duketyrion got 4d on him, but he managed to stay on his feet and score on T6.

The miners had 2 turns to score so he handled the ball to Thraden Icebeard opened a hole and advanced alone on our week flank. This flank was covered by Chufletero (a skilled safety) who managed to bring down the runner out of scoring range.

2nd half started with Karag Miners advancing with an open cage on our left flank. Chumastodonte blitzed the cover twice marking Nurik Silverglaive twice. Nurik tried a final rush to the endzone when he was surprised by a lighting bolt that make him fall. Our man did not managed to get the ball that slipped off his hands but was well covered between two of our most skilled men. Nurik stood up and blitzed at -2d managing a double pow and then getting the ball off a tacklezone, dodging and forcing marches to score. An incredible play!.

So We had 4 turns to score (OT was not an option). This time we planned our advance more carefully. Made a feint on the right side and then swept left with Chupoptero covered by 3 men. Miner's had no option to blitz Chupoptero so he tried to open the cover to mark him but got skulls on a 1d block to open the cover so Chupoptero had only to advance to score the winning TD.

A hard fought much with mistakes on both sides, good luck, bad luck, and all...
