Games vs lizards are always painful for thralls, because ST4 make them be blocked often with 2 dice. This was made harder by the missing of one vampire, the captain, making the strenght balance truly bad looking for the bloodsuckers.
We took a cas on a vamp at the beginning of each drive, the first time because of a well landed chainsaw hit, the second time trying to annoying the kroxigor resulted in a missing vampire the next turn, proving it wasn't smart to annoy a giant lizard. Anyway, vampires are vampires, and they still have their magic: they managed somehow to have their chances, awkwardly advancing as usual, but a pair of tactical stuns on our best guys crippled any chance to recover from ball stealing, wich came quite easy for the lizzies when our numbers went down.
Then Ulrik careful play left no chances to counter the worse.
In the end, the missing Cesare Borgia, who had played all Principi's matches before this one, resulted in a lack of leadership and coordination amongst the whole team that was crucial.
But Principi have the whole eternity to rebuild our strenght, they'll be back!”
