“The scoreboard lists another defeat for Belshazza Brut, but the scorecard tells a slightly different story: the blockers were throwing their weight in punches, and Mezion made his share of charges down field, breaking free of cages and accepting all of Brut's handling duties. Against a tough rookie Norse team, there was certainly hope for some success here.

But the hits were not connecting, or at least, not often enough. The second half in particular was blighted by bad luck and a few poor decisions, and Fumbbl Favourites were able to steal the ball from Mezion late on to start a counter-attack that left the disorganised Chaos Dwarfs unable to respond adequately or indeed in timely fashion.

Hope for the future for Belshazza Brut, but a draw, let alone a win, still eludes them.”
