“An epic matchup of two of the more pathetic teams in the Stone Boot division. The inducements were worth virtually nothing as Wulf ko'd one player (who promptly returned) before ko'ing himself, and the babes helped ONE player back onto the pitch.

That said, the game wasn't as close as the score may indicate. For once the Norse hit hard and hit often, even while suffering lots of armor breaks in the process. At one point it seemed that gobbo armor was superior to norse armor, and one gobbo in particular had snuck some brass knuckles onto the pitch, KO'ing two norse players in two straight turns!

Ultimately however, the norse got some (non-perm) cas on the Syndicates essential skaven turning the match in their favor. The underworld scored first, but quickly, and the norse answered. Half saw the score tied at 1-1, with blitzes for both teams upsetting the still successful offensive drives.

Second half favored the Berserkers however, with the Syndicate fielding less than 8 players each drive. To start the Feral team received and scored in 4. Then they took advantage of a failed TTM attempt to steal the ball and score in 3 more.

The Syndicate never gave up though. One improbable failed blitz after another, they doggedly fought it out. T16 saw a successful TTM attempt bring the final score to 3-2.
