“The woodies are getting a lot of practice with the 3rd game in as many hours....we look forward to a thrilling match against the goblins. The Goblins have brought some fire power to this game with a chainsaw, ball chain and a bombardier just waiting to have some fun!

The weather is hot, damn hot so that will put a unique aspect to the some of the plays in this game.

Turn 1 and the Chainsaw buzzs and sends the first Wood Elf to the subs bench for the rest of this half.

Turn 2 and who needs a chainsaw! When the your blocked, you're blocked and that’s the goblin off to the hospital with a SI!

Turn 3 Looks like they need a chainsaw, as the not so gentle sound of flesh being ripped of a wood elf is heard again..bzzzz.

Turn 4 Wood Elf team are down 4 players all ready - 2 BH, 1 SI and 1 KO'd - no wait 5 players down another KO'd and this is not good - double skulls, double skulls and then another kO'd. Only 5 woodies on the pitch!

This game has slowed right down with the Woodies forced into a rather strange defensive line and with so few players it won't be long before the goblins score! And there's the TD and it's gonna be a tough final turn for the woodies as they only have 6 players!

OK, start of the second half and the woodies look confident and with their numbers swelling to 8, why shouldn't they be?

Turn 1 - Have you had one of those days? Well the Wood Elf team is - ball is picked up beautifully only for the player to trip over the grass!(Point to note the weather has calmed down and it's prefect day for BB!)

Turn 2 and another Woodie is SI!

Turn 3 The Woodies are crying, crying, crying but this is Blood Bowl and there's no place for that in this game.....A Woodie does the brave think and goes up against the BALL AND CHAIN! He wins and that's one danger man off the field.

Turn 4 Mr Goblin starts to play nasty and attempts a foul...which fails and the ref doesn't like it either "Off the Pitch" is heard as the crowd boo and hiss the ref.

Turn 5 The Woodies look lik making a comeback ( of sorts) as a goblin is asked
to leave the field - in a box!

Turn 6 Time for a quick head count on the pitch - Wood Elf 5 and Goblin 7. If this carries on we won't have enough players left for 1 team, let alone a game!
Turn 7 What a turn the Wood Elfs have managed to get the ball and rush through onto the Goblins half.....could this be the upset?

Well that's it over - just a slim chance for the goblins to nick a late one but a dropped pass or was it fumble, well it makes no difference the game is over.
Overall an interesting, painful match that the fans must have enjoyed!
