“I got lucky. At least 75% of my opponents blocks were pushes or both downs, while I was 1db'ing a player with dodge (and not having tackle) and knocking them down. That was the story of this game.
Wizard lightning bolt knocked the ball out, but really I used it too early (tho in retrospect, it was just about right). With the un-equal block results going in my favor, I was able to get the ball from the other team and score by turn 7 of the 1st half. Then I was able to keep the ball--somehow, as it was never in a proper cage--in the 2nd half to secure a 1-0 improbable win.
Got another guard and one of my longb...er..blockers got side step as well. probalby will buy a 2nd runner finally.
