But the dice changed dramatically in the second half and began to favor the Necro. The major second half sequence went -

1. The kick-off after the tying score going to the endzone
2. Norse 4-AG Berzerker getting a High Kick but failing the catch
3. the ball stayed in on the pitch and in the endzone
4. The 4-AG Berzerker rolled double ones trying to pick it up
5. it bounced out TWICE and ended up near mid pitch
6. The Necro were able to rush through, crowd the ball, get a few KOs and play keep away for the rest of the half.

We discussed the odds of what happened in the first half and I congratulated my opponent on what I thought was going to be a sure Norse win. I am disappointed that he left the comment that he did but I can understand the disappointment of what looked like a Norse walkover turning into a fluke loss late in the second half.”
