Necromantic powers never sleep, and the death do wake and walk the pitch... Yet their malevolence and power are nothing compared to the Horrors from the deep!

A High Kick saw the Horror's newest player, Bound By Seaweed, take possession of the ball. What followed was an advance from the side from the book, with the ball carrier safely protected by a wall of Sunken Horrors, and key Horrors occupying the attention of the main threat on the Fortemente Malevoli team, Rikrev.
The Necromantic team tried to get out of the rutt by blocks, blitzes and fouls, but this did not work as well as they'd like to, and Bound By Seaweed walked in the SCORE near the end of the half, by the time Rikrev started to get into a threatening position.

So far, so good... Yet it was the end of the half that saw disaster strike for littlestone, as Rikrev advanced into a receiving position, in the meanwhile taking out a Sunken Horror. However, he was then hit by Defiled Memory - a brutally smashed hip, which ended all chances for the equaliser in the first half.

After that, coach littlestone threw up his hands in disgust, and called for the concession...”
