“On a rainy day on the blood bowl pitch, 2 teams took to the field for their debut matches. The pre match banter between the coaches was fierce, making expectations high. From turn one it was pretty much all over, the Thunderbolts instantly laying into the Passers without mercy, scoring two early casualties for the Minotaur Rarrta Hornblower, the first touchdown came after Untu Tuffshanks exploited a gap in the Passer's defensive line. After this the story pretty much remained the same, the Passers unable to find an answer to the sheer ferocity of the Thunderbolts, they were lucky that the rain prevented 2 further passing moves or the score would have been a 5-0 humiliation, as it happens,the Chaos Gods smiled down upon a 3-0 romp, a balanced team performance all round, gaining 22 SPPs, should give the Thunderbolts the confidence to perform this well in future matches.
