He could have pushed the goblin over the touch line to force Nobbla from the pitch, but for unknown (idiotic coaching) reasons, he did not. Pimlico's finest would not be beaten down. The counter attack began, and despite some poor positioning, and a failed dodge by Moreton that saw him collapse on the field (once more: dead!), Marsham and Denbigh could work together to set up a counter score. The hits were starting to take their toll, as goblins made their way to the benches. But Sutherland also took to the dugout, his head at an incredibly strange angle. Yet it was not enough to stop the elves, and two more scores followed, Denbigh proving particularly deadly at range. Final score, 3-1.
