I should have read the signs, yeah I really should have!
It was game 13 for my team - bad sign number one.
One of my Hobgoblins was killed by an angry fan in turn 0 of the first half.
This was nothing but a glimpse of what was about to come! Even though I tried my best, even though I played really well (at least I think so), I couldn't do anything against my defeat. In turn 3 of the first half, one of my Dwarves died by an opponent's block. In turn 7 of the first half my opponent KOed one of my Bull-Centaurs who would never return. Then he scored.
Shortly after the beginning of the second half, one of my Hobgobs was KOed and another one of my Dwarves got killed, once more by an opponent's block.
Do I have to tell that I was only able to stun one of his players during the entire match? Do I have to admit that my opponent was able to penetrate my players' armour (even without ClawPOMB) at will? Do I need to tell you that I rolled 4 double skulls during the match? Do I have to mention that apart from 6 POWs/PUSH POWS I wasn't able to roll anything but PUSHES and SKULLS? Do I have to mention that two of my players got hurt during failed dodge attemps in the second half?

Oh boy, and I really thought I had seen it all! What a fool I was.

Anyway, congratulations to my opponent, who wasn't only lucky but also played well!!!
