“A very fair summary from my opponent. He did defend very well first half, forcing us to rely on dice (which of course can always fail). Fortunately we got a couple of cas early doors in the second and the wiz fail and snakes really helped too. Without the snakes it would have been interesting to see if I could have stopped him, but we'll never know. Thanks for a tough game.”

“My first FC....I could have imagined easier opponents and teams.
First of all the Temple Guardian did not show up...i guess we have a bug here. This gave me an additional wizard.
The first half passed with out any thrilling action, apart the fact that I think I did well in defence and did not allow Malmir to score. A 1 die blitz on the ball and the inability of the bull to pick up the ballmade it 0-0.
But in half 2 I had to pay for all that. My Mino was niggled, and the apo failed miserably making it a RIP. Then the glorious Wizard...all 3 opponent were not struck and I stood there like before. I managed to break through but not cage up properly. A 1 die block where I needed a push resulted in snakes allowing malmir to BH the carrier and defend until T16. I used all my RR trying to score. Still 0-0.
In OT my I ran short in players and had no real chance to prevent the Characters to score. Shining moment was one BH of my ST4 blocker...
Thats the end of the story of an interesting, but in the end a bit unlucky match for the Beer Institute. Hail to the Hop!”
