“Elves were Elves...good passes in coverage and plenty of dodges to break away for the two scores.
Humans were brawlers tossing elves off the pitch from the first turn.
DA did a good job keeping his team in it even with the few players left by the half and the babes working overtime to get the pointy ears back on the pitch. (He went 6/6 for KO rolls).
Second half the humans get the ball...toss out a few more elves and appearing to have control let the Ogre score to skill him up rather than stall out the last 4 turns.
This would almost bit Captain in the rear as with only 6 elves...they manage a break through score to tie the game with just one turn left for the humans.
Captain lines the boys up again in what he thinks will be another futile attempt at a chain-push OTTD. This time however it works. Yay my first one turn TD without tossing a goblin.
Now the score 3/2 and one turn left fo the elves...but with only 4 of them left, one being the tree and no catchers...the elves have no chance to return the OTTD feat.
