I lost the game T1 and T2 when I didnt go for the fast score and instead made a cage. The reason I didnt go for it was because I forgot to mark a player and thought he was skill less. So no knock down.

Wood Elves won the coin toss and decided to kick, which proved to be a good decision when they were able to strip the ball out from the caging rats and score for 1-0.
The rest of the game was much one turning sillyness, in between the rats kicking the crap out of the woodies. Through leaps, rerolls burn't on GFI's and blizzards the one turners scored until the score was 8-6 and the rats failed a hand off.
At that point the Wood Elves retreated and the rats scored once more in 8-7 to bring an epic (if a little one dimensional) game to a close.
Onto the quarter finals, if I can convince the remaining battered Elves to give it another go ...
