“Nuffle was not our friend today. Repeated twin snake sightings (6 of them) and our absolute failure to injure the LoBlows doomed us to failure. The LowBlows received the first half kick-off and after reducing the Wolfpack to 3 players, scored on turn 8.

The wolfpack received in the 2nd half (down 1 player) and nuffle threw the blitz at them. Fortunately the ball went out of bounds and a quick two turn runout by veteran ghoul Other Side tied the score -- offering a chance of victory.

But the LowBlows recieved the kick-off and continued on their bashing ways -- this time reducing the wolfpack to 6 players. A last ditch GFI blitz by the uber agile wolf Werewolf of London failed to bring down the renegade Dark Elf Stoney Case and the traitorous elf ran in for the T16 score amidst mutterings about ball hogging from his marauder team-mates.
