“XFL High Elf - Round 4:
The game looked bleak early - every block was a push...and our opposition was unstoppable...dodging right past, through and over us. Indeed, we lost the ball twice early, then had to use our wizard to try to stop our opponents - but failed. Down 1-0, it was bleak, but we moved into solid position to score...but a few dozen dodges later, the ball was loose and headed the other way again. Finally, our players got it together, a blitz, pickup, pass, catch and handoff on turn 8 turned it into a 1-1 game...failed OTS, and we had hope. We gave up the early TD to start the second half...but our opponent's scored too quickly. We have nearly all half to foul and grind them down while waiting until T16 to score. We did and only 2 of 3 KOs came back - we won the coin toss for OT - so it was 11 vs 4...and all 4 opposing elves left the pitch within 2 turns. With victory ours, Commander Taylor practiced his passing before scoring the winning TD.”
