Then someone pulled the plug hehe.
Lots of snakes and turnovers both ways but in the end the bull managed the 4+ pickup to get the game to OT and a secure CD win.

Quite a game. Early on we could do little right. We fell behind 0-1 quickly, but then we had the ball and a chance to score before the half...but our bull snaked a GFI and the ballcarrier was left without enough protection and it went to the second half.
We took the ball to start the second half and disaster struck - a perfect defense combined with a crappy turn and the ball was free. We used our wizard to try to regain it...but failed foul and failed pickup - so too many elves were free...and they converted it into a TD. However, it was here that Ruthie began her reign of terror...the ST 4 MB elf was seriously hurt (apoth failing).
Down 0-2 now, we knew we had to score in 2 turns...so we did...with an elf kicker dead. Then the elf wardancer joined the carnage. We did score in 2 turns as our bull caught the pass from our hobgoblin and roared into the endzone.
Now it was 1-2 with about 4 turns left...but only a few elves remained. The last wardancer pushed forward...Ruthie killed him as well. The elf catcher snaked a dodge...RIP. Ballcarrier was open...so we blitzed...bull snaked the GFI. Elf runs away...snakes a GFI. We race in for the pickup - fail using our last RR. We get one last chance - and this time make the pickup and race into the endzone to force OT.
We won the toss and 11 to 4, it was no contest as well rolled over the few elves for the 3-2 win.
