“Nothing special here. The rats ran around, the dwarves and bulls bashed. I honestly think the Mc Ratty Menu squad played a little better. Or at least, they played with more flair. Either way, it was a solid effort but the CASualties were tough to overcome. I burned a lot of rerolls in the 1st half on easy failed actions, but getting a Blitz! on the first kick-off helped me accomplish my goal which was to force a fast score. With no rerolls in the last few turns, a lucky bounce put the ball in Mormo's mitts and she trundled for the T8 score. 2nd half I had better dice but I also had a huge numbers advantage and spent most of the half trading blows with Big Mac. He actually got the better of it, skilling up on a dwarf and a hobgoblin. The apothecary stepped in and saved a -AV on the kicker. The Gutter Runners got a bit too close and Denev gave Cheeseburger a hit to remember. After that, the GRs scattered and I just burned clock. Still, I was a little nervous of a 1 turn score with a M10 GR still on the field. But a Blitz on the T16 kick-off result pretty much took care of that (though I did see a way it might have been possible). A failed pass really took care of it, and the game ended on a 1 die skull from Big Tasty who KO'd himself.
