“After T3 and Vanguard taking a BH and a SI (niggle - apoth rolled RIP) he deliberately refused to play at all until the end of the game on the basis that he was trying to get a concession authorised in admin, making me time him out every turn until T16, where after begging him to end the turns early on the basis that I had RL commitments he ended T16 early. Ironically even at the start of the 2nd half he outnumbered me 9 to 8 and still refused to play at all!

The fact that he refused to move a player from T3 gave me an easy game where I was able to farm SPP's at will. I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue. ”
