“XFL Masters - Round 3

We suffer our first loss to some chaos where were on fire with early injury dice. Even still, we had the chance to win it - that is all you can ask for - but this time we can up short.

We scored first in 2 turns, then chaos were so afraid of the wizard, they left an opening in their cage for a simple 2d blitz - we recovered the ball for a 2nd TD and stalled enough to make it 2-0 at the half.

We were short players however, and gave up a TD after 4 turns. On the last drive, we were up 2-1 with 4 turns left - we used our wizard to open the hole and needed a 3+ pass with team RR to our wide open catcher (2+ catch with catch RR, walk into endzone)...sadly we failed the play and that sealed our fate as the chaos managed to recover.

The game was essentially over, although the chaos turned weird. On turn 16 instead of scoring, they did gfis to blitz...risking the snakes for another hit. In overtime, the chaos did not score - instead sat on the goal line with the ball...proclaimed "this is boring" and then instead of scoring (in a sudden death OT) they proceeded to foul to clear the pitch...where they *took a bow*...meh. Game was fine, but ended on a very sour note. A very classless way to end the game in my opinion.”
