A turn 1 foul RIP apo niggled my best blitzer, and pretty much every armor break after that landed in the cas box, including another RIP on my second best blitzer. The only exception was the KO Krox (who, despite the babe, stayed out for the next 2 drives as well).

Balling went well enough the first half, where I took a lot of risk to skill my rookie blitzer with a 2TTD and then even managed a steal for the 2-0. Somehow I managed to forget that he still had 2 turns and setup as if for the second half, effectively giving away the 2-1. With only 6 of my 12 frogs left to face his (still) 11 elves, Dhaktokh managed to make not only the equalizer but also the 3-2.

As always, Dhaktokh was a fine opponent, and the game was fun even if the bash and score outcome were not to my liking.”
